Giorgia Viola was born in Italy in the radiant Palermo where she studied classics focusing on humanities and graduated in Advertising with full marks. Before moving to Paris, Giorgia lived in London and Barcelona and she speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.

She began her career in Public Relations in 2008, working at BPCM Paris Office where she was account executive responsible for the worldwide communication of luxury fashion and lifestyle brands as Aperlaï, Tumi, Dice Kayek, Requiem. She also worked on events, fashion shows, store openings, book launches for Azzaro, Catherine Malandrino, Tory Burch and Collette Dinnigan…

In 2011 she launched her own activity through a flexible virtual structure able to satisfy all client’s needs, moving quickly in the market choosing the right network of collaborators to work with. The direct relationship with the clients is the aim of the structure.

Current clients include Tumi and Aperlaï.

    Before the Show:
    • Prepare the guests list (press, photographers and TV) collecting RSVPs
    • List the Show in all relevant fashion calendars and publications
    • Sending out invitations and save the dates, following up with key editors
    • Managing the Show seating

    At the Show:
    • Setting up interviews before and after the show
    • Control check-in for backstage, front-of-house and photographer pit
    • Greet and seat journalists, buyers, etc.
    • Keep track of attendance

    Immediate Post-Show Activity:
    • Send out press material and pitch immediate press for the Show
    • Provide a full report including key attendance report, assessment of production, press clippings and expected upcoming press.

  • VIPS AND CELEBRITIES

    Show the collections to stylist and agents either by look books or private appointments for dressing for public occasions and keep informed newspapers, agencies, weeklies, televisions and digital media, in case of successful placement.
